East Texas Students Earn Honors at McNeese State University

Several East Texas students were recognized for their academic achievements at McNeese State University for the Fall 2025 semester, earning placement on either the Honor Roll or the President’s Honor List, according to the university’s Office of Marketing and Communications.
Fall 2025 Honor Roll
To qualify for the Honor Roll, undergraduate students must earn a 3.0 GPA or higher while completing at least 12 semester hours.
Students from East Texas recognized on the Honor Roll include:
Buna: Jordan Hatch, Dylan Brooke Rion, Hazel Rayne Smith
Kirbyville: Cailee Danielle Alford, Danielle Brianne Sullivan
Kountze: Audriannai B. Billings
Newton: Trinity N. Gulley
Warren: Brooke Elaine Schroeder
President’s Honor List
Students named to the President’s Honor List must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher while completing at least 15 semester hours. Seniors eligible for graduation may qualify with fewer hours if they were on the list the previous semester.
