Early morning house fire was a complete loss in the Belgrade Community

At 3:19, early Wednesday morning, Trout Creek and Newton Volunteer Fire Department's were called for mutual aid to assist Bon Wier VFD on a 2 story house fire on FM 1416 in the Belgrade Community in Newton County.

Upon arrival, departments discovered that the house was fully engulfed in flames and already on the ground.

The home was a complete loss and the cause of the blaze is currently unknown.
