JASPER COUNTY, Texas – A 67-year-old Jasper man was hospitalized Thursday morning following a single-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 96 near County Road 302, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
DPS reports the crash occurred at approximately 11:47 a.m. when a 1996 Ford Ranger, traveling southbound, left the roadway, crossed the center median, and entered the east ditch before colliding with a tree.
