BUNA, Texas – On October 31, 2025, at approximately 9:11 p.m., Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies Roy and Kaylor were dispatched to the Shell Convenience Store in Buna regarding a verbal disturbance. While deputies were en route, dispatch advised that the suspect vehicle had left the scene and provided a description. Deputies were also informed that the individual may be armed.
The vehicle was located a short time later in the Brookshire Brothers parking lot. Deputies made contact with the driver, identified as Timothy Joe Jeane Jr., 39, of Kirbyville.
