Wanted Newton County felon captured in Colorado

On November 27th of last year, we told you about a man who was wanted in Newton County.

43-year-old Thomas Lee Smith Jr., was wanted on a Theft of Property felony charge of >$30,000-<$150,000.

Smith, also known as T-Bo Smith has now been arrested in Colorado as of Monday, March 4th. Smith had been wanted by Newton County on this charge since July 2023.
