  • Multiple firearms donated by Lakes Area Pawn, including a Mossberg 410 pump shotgun, a Henry 17HMR rifle, a Taurus G3 9mm pistol, a Ruger Gen 2 .308 rifle, and a Smith & Wesson .38 hammerless pistol.

In addition, the event will feature a range of family-friendly activities and attractions, including:

  • A bounce house for the kids.

  • A chance to tour the Beech Grove Station expansion and see the new community pavilion.

  • An appearance by an Air Rescue helicopter, giving guests a unique, up-close look at emergency medical response equipment.

Blood Donors Eat Free

The LifeShare Blood Center will be on-site during the event. All donors will receive a free plate of fish or shrimp as a thank-you for giving back. With blood supply levels critically low, organizers encourage all eligible community members to roll up a sleeve.

Weather Update: Band & Car Show Cancelled

Due to excessive rainfall throughout the week, organizers announced the classic car show and live music by RJ Morgan Band have been cancelled for safety reasons. But don’t worry — the food, fun, raffles, and impact are still going strong.

“This is our primary fundraiser of the year,” said Beech Grove Fire Chief James Gunter, “and we rely on community donations to fund our operations and projects that better this community.”

Proceeds go directly toward improving local Fire and EMS response — including the Beech Grove Station Expansion, support for the Dixie Community Fire Station, the department’s new Community Pavilion, and upgrades to essential equipment and facilities.

The Beech Grove Father’s Day Fish Fry is more than just a meal — it’s a vital opportunity to invest in the safety, growth, and resilience of the community. Your participation helps ensure that local first responders have the resources they need to continue answering the call when it matters most.
