Another local family with children suffered house fire

In a Facebook post Sunday, information on a large Jasper family in great need has been made public.

The following is the post in it's entirety;

A family of 9, of which 7 are kids, find themselves without a home this Christmas, after a house fire broke out Tuesday, December 12th at the Marvin McDonald Mobile Park:510 Shady Lane Lot 5.

This family has lost everything! I'm personally asking everyone in the community to assist in any way possible. Despite what this family has endured, they are so humble and grateful.

Gift cards, clothing, or donations of any kind are being requested to help The Teagle family.

Again, the need is especially great because several of those who lost everything are school-aged children.

I’ve listed the kids clothing sizes. Please feel free to reach out to me @ 512-529-3445 or You can reach Mr. & Mrs. Teagle directly at (409) 231-9865.

This portion is an update from the children's mother;

"HI,my name is Destini Teagle, I am the wife and mother,it was my home. We are currently staying at the Best Western Hotel in jasper,tx for clothes and donations or whatever is on your heart to give I will definitely meet you or whatever is convenient For everyone. We are beyond grateful and thankful for everyone. God bless everyone
