Allegiance Air 1 Launches Hiring for Flight Nurses & Paramedics

KIRBYVILLE, Texas — Southeast Texas’ newest air medical base, Allegiance Air 1, is gearing up for takeoff and looking for skilled professionals to join its inaugural team.

The company announced it is now accepting applications for Flight Nurses and Flight Paramedics. With the base officially launching on November 17, 2025, interest has already been strong, with multiple applicants in the pipeline and interviews underway this week.

“This is a unique chance to be part of something from the ground up,” Allegiance representatives shared. “We’re building a foundation here in Southeast Texas, with additional bases already planned for 2026.”

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years as a licensed RN or certified Paramedic
Critical care background preferred (FP-C, CFRN, CTRN required within 24 months of hire)
