69-Year-Old Driver Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries After Truck Crashes Into Home on FM 1013

The Texas Department of Public Safety – Southeast Texas Region has released new information regarding the crash on FM 1013 West, near Kirbyville.


According to DPS, the crash occurred on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at approximately 2:23 p.m. A 2021 Dodge Ram pickup was traveling eastbound when, for unknown reasons, it left the roadway to the left, struck fencing, and collided with a manufactured home.



The driver, identified as 69-year-old Willie Limbrick of Newton, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
