Update on mail carrier viciously attacked by dogs on Tuesday

I have spoken with the family this morning and Tamara Hartford is still in critical condition at a Houston hospital. She has undergone 3 surgeries thus far. The family has requested not to speak to the media at this time so that they can focus on Tamara’s recovery.
