UPDATE & INTERVIEWS: Ordinance 23-08

The City of Newton will have the last Public Hearing on August 22nd at 5:30pm. According to City Mayor Pollock and Administrator Donnie Meek, these hearings are to allow the community to voice their concerns and ideas for this revision of the current ordinance.

Many have been concerned about the "chicken & livestock" section of the ordinance. The latest draft of ordinance is HERE.
