Buna Cross Country competes

Wednesday, September 21st, Buna Cross-Country competed at the Camp Takula Chester CC Meet. This was a challenging course with hilly terrain that challenged our runners. For the second straight meet our Lady Cougars would win the Meet. Led by freshman Alexis Marshall first place finish, Kinsey Fey 2nd, Hannah Leach 6th and Jailynn Charboneau 9th. The Lady Cougars dominated the competition from start to finish.

Our boys finished 3rd led once again by Jeremy Griffis 2nd place finish and Garrett Nelson finishing 9th. Our students/athletes continue to get better each week and look forward to running the District Preview in Anahuac September 30th starting at 8 am.
