Truck catches fire at Kirbyville Citco

Just after noon Friday in downtown Kirbyville, a white Dodge Ram pulled into the Citco Service Station on the corner of N. Margaret and Main Street.

The truck burst into flames under the hood and eventually reached the outside of the vehicle.

It is currently unknown who owns the truck, but it is apparent that the damage was extensive.

Kirbyville Volunteer Fire Department was called out to assist and quickly extinguished the blaze.

There were no reported injuries.
