Tropical outlook Invest 97 L

Invest 97 L, over the Island of Hispaniola, continues to slowly organize as it moves west-northwest. Island interaction will slow the development. By late Saturday, it will move into the SE Gulf affecting Florida to our east likely becoming a depression possibly Sunday.
