Third and final suspect arrested in deer feeder theft case in south Jasper County

On April 17, 2025, at approximately 12: 34 a.m., Paul Joseph LaGrone, 47, of Vidor, was arrested for a Criminal Trespass warrant regarding a deer feeder theft case in south Jasper County. The other two suspects, Michael Hetzel, 50, of Vidor and Cheryle Nelson, 45, of Vidor, was arrested earlier in the week. Both Hetzel and Nelson was charged with Theft and Criminal Tresspass.

LaGrone is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Hopefully, all three of these suspects have learned their lesson about being on other people’s property without their permission and taking things that don’t belong to them in our county.
