Superintendent Curtis Eugene Jones dies at 79

Superintendent Curtis. Eugene Jones of Welcome Tabernacle Church of God and Christ, age 79, passed away on April 9, 2024 in Silsbee, Texas at Paradigm at the Pines. He was born on August 28, 1944.

A Celebration of Superintendent Curtis Eugene Jones' life will be held at Central Baptist Church, located at 33814 Hwy 96, Buna, Texas 77612 Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  prior to the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 20, 2024 Burial will follow at Bessmay Cemetery in Buna, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Jones of Buna; children, Anthony Jones, Sr. (Joan), Derrick Jones (Cecila), Ronald Jones (Renea), stepsons, Robert Singleton and Rodney Singleton, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
