Obituary of Michelle Simon April 11, 1973 - December 24, 2024

Michelle Lee Simon (Jones), 51, of Lumberton died on Christmas eve December 24th 2024 peacefully in her home.

Michelle was born April 11, 1973 in Houston, Texas to Brenda and Jimmy Jones. She was a proud mother of 2 children and a friend to everyone she met. Michelle loved helping others in time of need and never knew a stranger. She loved spending time with friends and family and trying to make others laugh.

Michelle is survived by her two children, Tori Murphy of Lake Jackson and Austin Olson of Pearland; grandson Tristan Stickley of Lake Jackson; Twin brother Michael Jones of Lumberton and sister Shauna Buckner of Lumberton; Nieces and Nephews Kayla Norman, Kandis Griffis, Dustin Voth, Jacob Jones, Zachary Jones, Aynslee Jones, and Christian Davis.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Brenda, as well as her husband/soulmate, Clint Robert Simon, who passed away in February of 2023.

Family visitation will begin at 1:00 pm on Thursday January 2, 2024 at Abundant Life Church, 191 East Avenue N Silsbee, Texas 77656. Service for the public will begin at 2:00 pm at Abundant Life Church with burial at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee following the service.
