Carol Henderson, 72 of Woodville, Texas passed away October 31, 2025 in Woodville, Texas.

Carol was born in Gilmer, Texas to Ruben and Hazel Higginbotham on July 10, 1953.

She had been a resident of Tyler County since 2013. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Colmesneil, Texas.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben and Hazel Higginbotham; husband, Michael “Mike” Wayne Henderson; and brother, Perry Higginbotham.

She is survived by her son, Tommy Higginbotham and wife, April of Call, Texas; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
