Robert Earl Boyett, 60, passed away on January 16, 2026, in Victoria, Tx. He was a resident of Buna, Texas. Born on December 18, 1965, in Beaumont, Texas, Robert lived a life marked by hard work, a love for the outdoors, and deep connections with those around him.
Robert was a man of many talents - a true jack of all trades. Over the years, he applied his skills to everything from working on vehicles to building submersible pumps and constructing houses. His hands were rarely still and his ability to fix or build just about anything made him a valuable presence in the lives of many.
Outside of work, Robert found joy in nature. He loved fishing and camping - activities that allowed him to unwind and connect with the world around him. Whether casting a line into quiet waters or sitting by a campfire under the stars, Robert cherished these moments and often shared them with those he cared about most.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughters Lillian Boyett and Sierra Boyett and Stepsons Jonathon Hay (JT) and Thunder Hay. He also leaves behind his grandson Amir and Son-in-law Brian; his brother Donald Boyett; sisters Charlotte Allison and Bradley, Billie Mitchell and Philip, Sharon Sanders and Scott, and Tammy Johnson; as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
Robert was preceded in death by his mother Betty Boyett, Father Ercel Boyett, sister Stephanie Boyett, and nephew Jason Johnson.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and may the legacy of his craftsmanship and love for the outdoors live on through those he touched. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 14, 2026, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Ebenezer Park (Ebenezer Hall) at 101 Recreational Road 255 W. For best gps input google Ebenezer Park.
