NWS says to expect heavy rain for the next few days

Heavy rain is forecast for Southeast Texas, the South, and the Southeast for the next few days. Rainfall of 2-4 inches is expected, with locally higher amounts possible, especially in Texas. Localized to scattered flash flooding is also possible.
