No injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident Monday

Buna, TX- At 2:30 p.m. Monday, The Department of Public Safety received a call regarding an accident on FM 1004, near Cr 707.

According to the report, a Ford Transit van was traveling west, followed by a Ford Crown Victoria passenger car. The van was traveling at a slower speed than the car and pulled to the right in foopront of the car and was struck in the rear as it attempted to go around it.

The driver of the van, identified as 32-year-old Michael Ledet of New Iberia, La., was not injured.

The driver of the Ford passenger car, identified as 56-year-old Vance Hill of Buna, was also not injured.
