Mustangs go back to School

BURKEVILLE TEXAS - Reminder for today, Monday the 7th, it is the first day back to school for Burkeville ISD!

Also, there will be a Presentation from the Deep East Texas Archeological Society this evening. It is open to the public. Refreshments start at 630pm, a meeting will be held at 7pm, then the presentation will occur at 7:15pm. This will take place at the Fellowship Hall of the First United Methodist Church that is located at 308 High Street in Newton. What will be discussed is the Excavation in two East Texas Counties of two Freedom Colonies: Sand Hill & Shankleville.
