WOODVILLE, Texas — The 1st Annual Miss Gulf Coast Pageant, held Saturday, November 22 at Woodville High School, made a strong debut both on the stage and in the community by collecting 250 toys for the Tyler County Toys for Tots campaign.
The pageant, coordinated by Kamryn Grammer, incorporated community service directly into the competition. Each contestant was asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy donation as part of their overall score. The participant who brought the most items earned the title of Miss Gulf Coast Ambassador, an honor recognizing both generosity and leadership.
This year’s Ambassador, Katina Hernandez, distinguished herself by contributing the highest number of toys and will serve alongside the 2025 Queen’s Court throughout the coming year.

In addition to contestant toy donations, the People’s Choice competition also contributed to the pageant’s charitable impact. Votes cast for People’s Choice baby winner Spencer Kate Minaldi helped raise funds that will be used to purchase additional toys for Toys for Tots. These items will be donated in the coming days, further expanding the pageant’s reach within the community.

The toys collected so far will support families across Tyler County, helping ensure that local children experience a brighter Christmas through the Toys for Tots program.
Grammer confirmed the Miss Gulf Coast Pageant will return next November, continuing its mission of supporting Toys for Tots each year.
