Man arrested for Possession of Child Pornography in Brookeland

On October 30th, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Investigators with the Texas Attorney General’s Child Exploitation Unit and CID Investigators with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office converged on the residence located at 177 Piney Point, Brookeland, Texas to execute a search warrant regarding an individual possibly in Possession of Child Pornography. 

After Investigators arrived at the residence, the search warrant was executed and over 50 visual depictions of child pornography were located on a computer. The suspect, Tolbert Healey, 59, of Brookeland, was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography, over 50 visual depictions- 1st Degree Felony. He was transported to the Jasper County Jail.

He is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
