Born September 13, 1954 to Luther Cooper and Francis (Moore) he worked as a petroleum inspector. 

He is survived by his wife, Vivian Cooper; children, Luther Justin Cooper, Rachel Reddick, Jessika Cooper, Jackie Caster, William Lee Ruth; brothers, Larry Cooper, David Cooper, Jerry Cooper; sister, Beth Porter; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. 

Cremation was under the direction of Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna,
