Lake Sam Rayburn Clean-up Day

National Public Lands Day will be here soon.... September 28, 2024

Established in 1994 and held annually on the fourth Saturday in September, National Public Lands Day is traditionally the nation's largest single-day volunteer effort.

It celebrates the connection between people and green space in their community, inspires environmental stewardship, and encourages use of open space for education, recreation, and health benefits.

Be sure to make plans for you, your friends and family to join us for our first NPLD event with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer-Sam Rayburn for a fun filled morning cleaning up Hidden Beaches and the Overlook area at Sam Rayburn Reservoir.

We look forward to seeing YOU on the forest.
