Kirbyville Officer honored for her dedicated service to the community

Kirbyville Police Officer, Ashley Arce has been presented an award that is given to honor a Kirbyville citizen who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help the community.

Local Freemasons of the Nathan Corley Lodge voted and selected Arce as their Auxiliary Fraternity recipient of the Community Builders Award. Arce was presented with the award on Saturday night at the lodge in Kirbyville before a modest gathering of her family and friends.

Among other duties, Arce has been a Police Officer for Kirbyville PD for the past 9 years and on school days, she patrols the school zones, keeping our children safe. She also volunteers as Esd#3 Assistant Treasurer among other things, all this plus she raises and homeschools her three children.
