Jasper Police Department to Host National Night Out on October 7

JASPER, Texas — The Jasper Police Department will host its annual National Night Out on Tuesday, October 7, inviting residents of all ages to come together in support of public safety, community unity, and neighborhood spirit.
The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Sandy Creek Park on Marvin Hancock Drive in Jasper. Admission is free.
Designed as a family-friendly celebration, this year’s event promises a wide variety of activities and entertainment, including:

K-9 Demonstrations
Live Music & Bounce House
Face Painting & Games
Meet & Greet with First Responders
“Together, we are making our community a safer place to live and work,” the Jasper Police Department shared in a public announcement.

National Night Out is a nationwide initiative that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to help make communities safer, more caring places to live. Events like Jasper’s give residents a chance to connect with law enforcement officers in a relaxed, fun setting — building trust and promoting collaboration.
