Jasper County citizens are now eligible to apply for individual FEMA assistance

Jasper County Judge Mark Allen said today, "I just received information from Congressman Babin and his staff member Lanie Brown that Jasper County's citizens will now be eligible to apply for Individual Assistance for damages due to Hurricane Beryl. Although this will greatly help citizens in and around the City of Jasper, it will also include any citizen in Jasper County who received damage from the tornado, straight-line winds or flooding resulting from Hurricane Beryl. The FEMA Disaster Number is 4798."
