Hardin County Lifts Burn Ban

The Order Restricting Outdoor Burning in unincorporated areas of Hardin County, Texas, which was issued by the Hardin County Judge on October 14, 2025, and Continued by the Hardin County Commissioners Court on October 21, 2025, is hereby TERMINATED this date, effective at 2:00PM, pursuant to the authority afforded to me by the Commissioners Court.

Moderate Drought Conditions continue to exist throughout areas of Hardin County. All citizens are urged to use EXTREME CAUTION when burning, keep fires small, and please do not burn at all during times of high winds and/or periods of low relative humidity.
