George Lee Marshall Obituary

George Lee Marshall, 73 of Kirbyville passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Baptist Hospital. 

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home with burial at Trout Creek Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 pm Friday, March 15th at the funeral home. 

Born February 26, 1951 to George Marshall and Ruthie (Turner) in Bessmay, Tx, he worked as a ship fitter. 

He is survived by wife, Patricia Marshall; children, Billy Marshall and Racheal, Walter Marshall, Tina Brown and Odell; brothers, DeWayne Marshall and Carolyn, Butch Marshall and Cheryl, Greg Marshall and Kim, Dennis Marshall and Karen, Joey Marshall; sisters, Nikki Bennett, Shirley Buxton and Edgar, Reatha Anderson and Doug, Ida Burnett and Jim, Brenda Hunter, Tina Marshall; grandchildren, Kain and Tammy Marshall, Tyler and Summer Marshall, Makayla and Dustin Dubose, Emily Hippler and Ty Smith, Abby Marshall; great grandchildren, Natalie, Cynthia, Jaxon, Sophia, Hunter, and Ellie. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Donna Maddox, brothers, Bobby Lynn Marshall, John Arthur Marshall, and Gary Ray Marshall.
