Fugitive captured in Brookeland on charges of felony Stalking, and misdemeanor trespassing charge

Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies arrest wanted fugitive in Brookeland

On February 12, 2025, Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies were deployed to Circle Drive in Brookeland regarding a wanted subject for Felony Stalking and Misdemeanor Criminal Tresspass. Both warrants were issued out of Jasper County. Once they arrived, they located Edward Hunt Sr., 72, of Jasper. Mr. Hunt was arrested and brought to the Jasper County Jail.

Mr. Hunt is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
