Friends and family of Decorian Smith held a candle light prayer gathering in his memory

As we reported last week, 31-year-old Decorian Shaquil Smith of Call tragically drowned on Tuesday while boating on a pond near Scrapin Valley Lodge North of Burkeville.

Tonight, hundreds of friends and family gathered at the Magnolia Pavilion in Kirbyville. They joined in prayer, shed some tears, and shared memories of happier times.
