Former VP Cheney dies

NATIONAL - Former Vice President Dick Cheney, who served under President George W. Bush and helped shape U.S. defense and foreign policy for decades, has died at 84.
His family said Cheney died Tuesday from complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease.
