This is one of the most requested follow-up articles we have ever written. Our initial article was in regard to the UTV side-by-side accident that happened on January 25th of this year which seriously injured two Jasper teenagers, Mason Sharp and Emma Greer.
ETB was able to locate family members of both teens who have updated us on their conditions and recovery.

Heather Stephenson, mother of Emma Greer said Emma was released from the hospital on January 29th. She said in a Facebook post, "We are being released! Follow up appointments are made for reconstructive surgeons and eye surgeons. Internally All her bones around eyes, nose, and cheeks are fractured so (they) will have to be repaired. Vision problems still with the left eye but have improved. Externally the gash above her eye couldn’t have been in a more perfect place through her eye brow so it will be hidden. (She will) just need some physical therapy on her right arm but has improved tremendously since Saturday."

Mason, son of Anthony & Sheila Sharp has since endured major surgeries and suffered the loss of his left arm.
Anthony Sharp said of his son's condition before his recent release, "Mason underwent a second surgery on his left arm and they were able to remove enough dead muscle tissue and debris to where the trauma surgeon felt comfortable closing the wound."
Additionally Sharp said on Saturday, "Thank you all so much for the continued outreach and all the love sent through prayers. We were able to bring Mason home yesterday evening and he is doing much better. Please continue to pray for speedy recovery for both Mason and Emma in Jesus name! God is good!!"
Stephenson said, “They always refer to this town as a town divided but by God this community rallies when our people are hurting and everyone pulls together in the biggest way. It is appreciated and we love you all!
A GoFundMe account has been created to assist.
