Buchanan recognized for his contributions at Buna High School

Buna ISD Police Department recognized one of the students for going above and beyond.

In a statement, the department announced, "From time to time, we get an opportunity to recognize the contributions of our students. Chief Norton had the honor of presenting BHS junior Spencer Buchanan with the chief’s coin to recognize everything he does around the district. Spencer delivered the invocation before every home football game the season and serves on the Superintendent’s Advisory Committee. He also serves on student council, helps organize campus events, competes in UIL events, and much more. We are blessed to have students like Spencer."
