KIRBYVILLE, Texas — Allegiance Mobile Health, in partnership with PHI Air Medical, will launch a new critical care air medical service in Jasper County on Nov. 17, 2025.

The helicopter, identified as N453R and branded Allegiance Air 1, will be based in Kirbyville but is expected to serve communities throughout Southeast Texas.
Company officials said the program’s goal is to strengthen emergency medical care in the region by providing rapid transport and advanced critical care.
In the weeks leading up to the launch, Allegiance plans to introduce the flight crew, highlight training efforts at its new academy, provide updates on base preparations, and share details about community partnerships.
“This program belongs to the people it serves — your families, your neighbors, your community,” Allegiance Mobile Health said in a statement.
Residents are encouraged to follow updates on social media as the helicopter and crew prepare for service.
