Dry weather is forecast for SE Texas through the weekend thanks to upper-level high pressure. Afternoon highs in the lower and middle 90s are expected.

Early next week, the upper-level high will move away allowing typical scattered afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the 70s and highs in the lower 90s are forecast

Next weekend the 15th and 16th, an upper-level trough of low pressure will move into the area which could increase rain chances.
